Japan’s Modern Divide



The Getty Museum have recently announced the upcoming exhibition – Japan’s Modern Divide: The Photographs of Hiroshi Hamaya and Kansuke Yamamoto.

The event is scheduled to open March 26th until August 25th, 2013, and is also accompanied with a series of lectures, talks and film shows. Rather than regurgitate the same information, click the links below for further information, good news also for those who can’t make the event is that an accompanying book will be published which will also feature translations of Yamamoto’s poetry by John Solt.
